We want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. However, if for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are glad to offer you a refund provided that the purchased item is still unopened, unused, unworn and in original (with tag intact), undamaged condition, and returned to us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please take note of the following important Returns information:
- We regret that we are unable to refund our original processing, shipping, and handling costs. (Our postage costs and PayPal’s processing fee of $0.30 will be deducted from the refund amount.)
- The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning the purchased item to The GEE Shop.
- The customer is also responsible for the returned item until the item reaches us at The GEE Shop, so please make sure that the returned item is packed properly and can’t get damaged during transit. The GEE Shop recommends using express/registered post so that the parcel can be tracked.
- Received returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will NOT be refunded, and will be returned to the customer.
