In the very rare unfortunate event that your item arrives faulty, please contact us immediately at TheGEEShopCustomerCare@outlook.com. We can guide you through the returns process and help resolve this matter as quickly as possible. Please note we may require a photo of the faulty item(s). If an item is deemed faulty, we will be happy to issue you a full refund. Please contact us to arrange return postage of any faulty item and we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that we are unable to refund postage costs on faulty items if you decide to post the item of your own accord.
Other Returned Items (Not Covered by Faulty Items section)
As mentioned in our Return Policy, our original processing and postage costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Also, received returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be refunded, and will be returned to the customer. Once the item(s) have been received and reviewed, we will then gladly credit your original method of payment. Refunds can only be credited back to the same account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by us at The GEE Shop. Please allow 5-7 working days from the day we received the returned item for your account to be credited.
