Shipment

The GEE shop only ships to destinations within Australia at this time. We aim to send your purchased item within 2 days of receiving cleared funds for your order. As a gentle reminder, please provide the complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. Please provide the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order as we will NOT be responsible for re-sending the purchased item to the correct address at our own expense.

We use satchels posted via Australia Post to get your purchased item to you. We currently don't ship in bulk so each purchased item is shipped individualy/separately. Once we have processed and sent your order, you will receive a tracking number. You can then use that information to track your order through the Australia Post website (https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track)

We cannot guarantee delivery times.

However for Express Parcel Post, Australia Posts guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post delivery network and fastest possible delivery for other areas. For Regular Parcel Post, delivery is within 2-5 days.

Returns

We want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. However, if for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are glad to offer you a refund provided that the purchased item is still unopened, unused, unworn and in original (with tag intact), undamaged condition, and returned to us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Please take note of the following important Returns information:

  • We regret that we are unable to refund our original processing, shipping, and handling costs. (Our postage costs and PayPal’s processing fee of $0.30 will be deducted from the refund amount.)
  • The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning the purchased item to The GEE Shop.
  • The customer is also responsible for the returned item until the item reaches us at The GEE Shop, so please make sure that the returned item is packed properly and can’t get damaged during transit. The GEE Shop recommends using express/registered post so that the parcel can be tracked.
  • Received returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will NOT be refunded, and will be returned to the customer.
  • Please contact us at The GEE Shop ( TheGEEShopCustomerCare@outlook.com ) when sending an item for return.

Refunds

Faulty Items

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. In the very rare unfortunate event that your item arrives faulty, please contact us immediately at TheGEEShopCustomerCare@outlook.com. We can guide you through the returns process and help resolve this matter as quickly as possible. Please note we may require a photo of the faulty item(s). If an item is deemed faulty, we will be happy to issue you a full refund. Please contact us to arrange return postage of any faulty item and we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that we are unable to refund postage costs on faulty items if you decide to post the item of your own accord.

Other Returned Items (Not Covered by Faulty Items section)

As mentioned in our Return Policy, our original processing and postage costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Also, received returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be refunded, and will be returned to the customer. Once the item(s) have been received and reviewed, we will then gladly credit your original method of payment. Refunds can only be credited back to the same account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by us at The GEE Shop. Please allow 5-7 working days from the day we received the returned item for your account to be credited.

We will contact you via email once your order has been received by us at The GEE shop and the refund has been processed.

Exchange

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange on returned items. If you need a different item, please just place a new order. That way, it will get to you quicker too.

For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalised content to you while you are at this Site.

The GEE Shop reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will update the information on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.
